New to yoga?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing, and dress in layers.  We practice barefoot.  The studio will supply everything you need to get started.  If you are coming to the Restorative Yoga class, call Raleigh (481-4137) for a suggested list of items to bring.

Yoga & Nia Class Fees: 
$13 drop-in, $10 per class with multi-class card
Chair Yoga Stretch (45 min.):
$10 drop-in, $8 per class with multi-class card
